The villa is located on the “Pounta” peninsular overlooking Skiathos Town; a 5-minute drive or 40-minute walk into town, the port and the airport.
• The Villa is accessed from the Port or Airport by using the Pounta road.
• Security gates, with T.V access and key pad entry lead onto the drive way, providing parking for 6 cars, parking for an additional 3 cars is situated close to the villa.
• The nearby beach is located less than a 5 minute walk from the main gates of the Villa.
